My Thermostat is Blank

Check the batteries in thermostat
Make sure the breaker to furnace is on
Make sure the switch by the thermostat is on

I have no heat

Check that thermostat is calling for heat
Check the furnace breaker is on
Check the furnace switch is on
Check the furnace filter
Make sure that the propane tank has propane / Gas bill has been paid.

My furnace run for a few minutes and shuts down

Check furnace filter
Make sure that the filter is not a really high merv filter

I have no Ac

I have no air conditioning

Check that thermostat is calling for cooling.
Check the furnace and air conditioning breakers are on.
Check the furnace switch is on

My air conditioner is frozen ice seen what do I do now?

Turn off the ac on thermostat
If an option turn fan to on position of thermostat
Check furnace Filter if dirty replace wait for unit to thaw and try running ac again

check to see if condenser (outdoor unit) is running
